Defense games on this site ask for different kinds of decisions. Tower placement, moving a weapon and reading an instruction screen are not interchangeable. Use this guide to choose the type of defense you want to play.
Tower Defense: placement and experience
Tower Defense lets you drag towers from the purchase area onto the board. Check the price before placing the next one. The interface includes selling through a trash area and controls for saved state.
Put a tower where enemies stay in range through a bend or several parts of the path. Towers gain experience, so repeatedly selling and replacing an established tower can sacrifice useful progress. Spend with the next wave in mind rather than filling every available position immediately.
Pixel Defense: read the control screen first
Pixel Defense opens with the title Pixel Tower Defence. Press I for its instructions and Enter to start. A keyboard is useful for these opening controls.
Before buying, inspect the range and cost information in the game. A cheaper tower with useful coverage may help more than a stronger one placed where enemies pass too briefly. Preserve room for later placements.
Tank Defender: direct aiming
Tank Defender is an aiming defense game with threats arriving from above. You operate the tank rather than constructing a network of towers. Track falling bombs separately from the aircraft that released them.
Prioritize the lowest immediate threat. Shooting at a distant plane can leave a nearby bomb untouched, even when the shot appears successful.
Choose by input and pace
Choose Tower Defense for dragging and placement decisions, Pixel Defense for another tower setup with a keyboard instruction screen, or Tank Defender for direct aiming. Check each game’s controls on your device before committing to a longer run. The Restart button reloads the game; do not use it as a substitute for an in-game pause.
