Fantasy Game respects the intellectual property rights of others and takes copyright infringement seriously. It is our policy to respond promptly to valid notices submitted under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and to remove or disable access to allegedly infringing content where appropriate.
Our Commitment
We review all DMCA notices submitted in accordance with the requirements below. Verified notices will receive a response within 72 hours of receipt. Our standard action upon receiving a valid notice is to remove or disable the allegedly infringing content while we investigate.
How to Submit a DMCA Notice
If you are a copyright owner, or authorised to act on behalf of one, and you believe content on Fantasy Game infringes your copyright, please send a written DMCA notice to:

Required Information in Your Notice
To be valid under the DMCA, your written notice must include all of the following elements:
- Identification of the copyrighted work: A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, including sufficient detail to locate it (title, registration number if applicable, URL of original work).
- Identification of the infringing material: The specific URL(s) on gamefantasy.fun where the allegedly infringing material is located. General references to the site are not sufficient.
- Your contact information: Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- Good faith statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Accuracy statement: A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Electronic or physical signature: A signature (electronic or physical) of the person authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Incomplete notices that do not include all required elements may not be processed. We reserve the right to request additional information to verify the validity of a claim.
Counter-Notification Process
If you believe that content was removed from Fantasy Game in error, or if you have the right to post the allegedly infringing material, you may submit a counter-notification. A valid counter-notification must include:
- Your full name, address, phone number, and email address
- Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal district court
- Your physical or electronic signature
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed content after a waiting period of 10–14 business days, unless the copyright claimant notifies us of court action.
Response Timeline
Our DMCA response commitments:
- Acknowledgement of notice: Within 72 hours of receipt
- Content removal (if notice is valid): Within 72 hours of verification
- Counter-notification processing: Within 5 business days
- Content restoration (after counter-notification): 10–14 business days
Repeat Infringers
Fantasy Game maintains a policy of terminating the publishing rights of parties who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright. If a game or content is subject to multiple verified infringement claims, it will be permanently removed from our platform.
False Notices
Please be aware that under the DMCA, submitting a false DMCA notice or misrepresenting that material or activity is infringing is subject to liability, including damages, attorneys' fees, and court costs. Submit a DMCA notice only when you have a genuine, good-faith belief that your copyright has been infringed.
